Dream Car

Cars are becoming just as much of a celebrity as their owners. Remember that viral video of Kobe Bryant jumping over a speeding Aston Martin DB9 Colante. That made me scream and jump. Imagine Kobe! Nike! Aston Martin! all in one frame. What I would have paid to be in that frame with them.

The guys has a million cars and recently added one of the rarest cars ever made in history , Trevita CCXR. It is said that only three of this model was ever made and one belongs to Leno. I don't even know how much that costs.

Paul Walker, the star in the several Fast and the Furious franchise, has carried on his passion for cars into real life. He is driving a stripped down BMW M3. Aside from Walker, only one other celebrity that I know of drives this baby, Jay Leno. Quite honestly, when it comes to car, I respect Leno and that means I respect Walker too.

So what does stripped down means? Of course they kept the dashboard and the center section. They really can't move that because of the iDrive System. They removed that front and back seats, sound deading, speakers and others. What he did is put in Ohlins coilovers, six-piston front, four-piston rear Brembos caliers over slotted rotors, a functional carbon fiber wing, a roll cage, and a new set of light yet durable Volk wheels.

He seems to love classic cars but is also developing a contemporary taste. He owns a 2011 BMW M3. Yeah, that's a one-way ticket to awesomeness. Imagine owning next year's model of BMW. Wow seems to be an understatement.

However, I favor his more classic cars. I personally own a vintage and, with the help of my friends, jazed it up a bit. I had my rims changed for a bigger one. From 14" to 16" which took a lot of work but that's okay. It's worth it anyway. Just a bit of advice if you are going to change your tires, upgrade to Good Year tires. It may be more expensive but it is worth it.
